Postman, a collaboration platform for API development, is widely known and used across the IT industry. Its features simplify each step of building an API and streamline collaboration so you can create better APIs in less time.
What started as a simple side project for ad hoc API testing turned into quite a big collaboration platform for API development. Today's Postman can be used for API-first development as an automated testing and monitoring platform, provides tools for mocking an API server, and creating documentation all within a collaborative environment.
During his presentation, QA Manager Pavel Přibyl shows some simple use cases, how to prepare API documentation, and if Postman will help us with some of Salsita’s projects.
As the QA manager, Pavel enjoys imparting wisdom to his talented team, especially about developing testable apps. He's passionate about all things QA and strives to break negative stereotypes between QA and developers.
