Strategy and Planning
The first person you’ll meet is Salsita CSO, Daniel Backhaus. Daniel has over 20 years of experience in all things digital, from enterprise content management to eCommerce. Dan will likely be your first contact when you get in touch with Salsita. During these initial discussions, we’ll talk in detail about your company and analyze your specific configurator needs. From there, Dan prepares a formal proposal and, after you sign off, the product development begins. Watch the short video below to learn more about how we kick off Salsita 3D Configurator projects with our customers.
Eva Lešková is a Senior Product and Project Manager who works closely with clients and developers to ensure successful and timely product delivery. Product Managers and their respective teams are the key drivers of Salsita 3D Configurator implementations. Eva and her team are in regular contact with our clients to plan and coordinate development tasks based on the client’s specific requirements. After launching the configurator, Eva remains the principal point of contact for ongoing client support and maintenance. Meet Eva in the next video to hear more about her role at Salsita.
UX and Design
Natalia Kostrzewa is one of our talented UX/UI Designers, tasked with creating an attractive and intuitive configurator interface in line with the client’s brand. Our UX designers ensure that each unique configurator implementation meets the needs and quality standards of the client. Natalia and her team conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to better understand the client’s vision, brand identity, target audience, competitors, and requirements. After the interviews and subsequent analysis, and with continued client involvement, a high-fidelity clickable prototype is created. Our next video featuring Natalia further explains the UX discovery phase and why it is crucial to a successful 3D configurator implementation.
Development and Implementation
Dani Lopez is the Tech Lead of configurator projects at Salsita. He works closely with clients during the development and implementation of Salsita 3D Configurator to ensure that all their needs are met. Dani and his team start off with the Discovery Phase to determine the client’s requirements and goals, and to gain a complete understanding of their products and eCommerce strategy. After their comprehensive analysis, the Design Phase begins and a clickable prototype is created based on the gathered information. Once the prototype is approved, implementation begins; and as Dani puts it, “dreams are turned into reality” for the client. Meet Dani in the interview below to learn more about his involvement with the development and implementation of Salsita 3D Configurator.
