Who Should be Involved in the Product Discovery Process?

Hypothesize the Problem
Once you have a grasp of the customer’s needs, it’s important to present a hypothesis of the problem your product solves. Validating your ideas in the real world with real users is a must. This stage aims to validate the effectiveness of the product in a real-world scenario, forecast the marketing P&L, and assess whether or not it suits the target customer.

Don’t skip the other parts of the process and think that building something first to see if users will come is a good idea. It is not.
